iPad Hardware Issue

What is it?

iPad related hardware issues (i.e., broken display, iPad won't charge or power on).

 
Who can use it?

All SU faculty, staff, and students.

 
Where can I access this service?

You can bring your iPad to your local Help Desk location or use the "Report an Issue" button to the right. NOTE: In-person visits to the Help Desk require an appointment, which can be scheduled here: Make An Appointment
