iPadOS is the operating system that runs on your Mac. If your iPad isn't running properly, it may be due to an issue with the operating system.

Where can I access this service?
You can bring your iPad to your local Help Desk location (add kb article with locations) or use the "Report an Issue" button to the right. NOTE: In-person visits to the Help Desk require an appointment, which can be scheduled here: Make An Appointment
