The
Service Catalog provides information on the services offered by the departments, such as what the service is, who it is for, and how to access or create a request for the service. Examples of services would be macOS Support, Canvas Course Merges, and Event Support. You can think of services as things you need (e.g., a new computer, access to the wireless network, a microphone for an event) or need help with (e.g., computer not working properly, a problem with Canvas).
The
Knowledge Base contains how-to guides and additional information on our services offered. For example, we have articles on how to install Microsoft Office, how to connect your device to the wireless network, how to reset your SUNet password, and many other things.
