Clear Chrome Cache

If you are experiencing issues with Google Chrome, please clear your Chrome cache.

 

To clear your Chrome cache on your Macbook:

 

1. In Google Chrome, press COMMAND+SHIFT+DELETE.

2. In the Clear Browsing Data window that appears, click the Advanced tab at the top.

3. Select 'All Time' for the Time Range.

4. Please make sure you Uncheck “Passwords” and “Auto-fill Data” if you want to keep your saved passwords and auto-fill data. 

5. Scroll down and click Clear data.

6. Quit Google Chrome.

7. Launch Google Chrome and try to log in again.

 

To clear your Chrome cache on your iPad:

 

1. Open the Google Chrome app and at the top, tap the “Three Dots” Button 

2. Tap History > Clear browsing data.

3. Make sure there's a check next to "Cookies, Site Data," and "Cached Images and Files."

4. Please make sure you Uncheck “Passwords” and “Auto-fill Data” if you want to keep your saved passwords and auto-fill data. 

5. Tap Clear browsing data.

 

Note:

I recommend changing the category from Support/ExamSoft Support to Support/Google Chrome
