If you have forgotten your SUNet password, please complete the following steps to create a new password:
1. Go to https://iaas6idm.fischeridentity.com/identity/self-service/suv/smsreset.jsf
2. Verify your identity to request a PIN by entering your SUNet username. Make sure to check the "I'm not a robot" box and agree to receiving text messages to your device.
3. Select where you would like the PIN to be sent (via text, email, or both) then click Send PIN.
4. You will receive the PIN via the selected method (in this example, via text).
5. Validate the PIN by entering it in the field provided.
6. Enter and re-type a new password of your choosing making sure to abide by the requirements outlined.
