April 22-27 Hornet Hub Under Scheduled Maintenance

Beginning Friday, April 22, at 6 p.m., Shenandoah is conducting a comprehensive technology system upgrade that will provide enhanced digital security and more efficient system processes for our students, faculty and staff. We appreciate your patience while the Hornet Hub system is closed during this upgrade. 

We anticipate that you will be able to access Hornet Hub no later than 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 27.

For students and families planning to pay their enrollment deposit or make any other type of payment, you may either call Hornet Central at 540-665-4514 to provide credit card information or pay with a paper check.

For students and families planning to check your student account and/or your financial aid package, thank you for your patience during this time. For immediate assistance, please contact Financial Aid at finaid@su.edu.

Also during this time, students and employees seeking information from Human Resources can refer to the Human Resources and Payroll pages in the Directory of Shenandoah Resources in Canvas for assistance and staff contact information. If you are planning to submit or approve timecards, you will be allotted an extended processing time to Thursday, April 28.

Again, we anticipate that you will be able to access Hornet Hub no later than 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 27.
