What is it?

Mac related hardware issues (i.e., broken display, Mac won't charge or power on).

 
Who can use it?

All SU faculty, staff, and students.

 
Where can I access this service?

You can bring your Mac to your local Help Desk location (add kb article with locations) or use the "Report an Issue" button to the right. NOTE: In-person visits to the Help Desk require an appointment, which can be scheduled here: https://bit.ly/3joxC9w
