macOS is the operating system that runs on your Mac. If your Mac isn't running properly, it may be due to an issue with the operating system.

All SU faculty, staff, and students.
Where can I access this service?
You can bring your Mac to your local Help Desk location (add kb article with locations) or use the "Report an Issue" button to the right. NOTE: In-person visits to the Help Desk require an appointment, which can be scheduled here: (add link to HD calendar).
