Changing your SUNet Password

To change your SUNet password, please use our new Password and Account Management Portal at https://iaas6idm.fischeridentity.com/identity/self-service/suv/autologin.jsf

Note: The portal is part of SU’s Single Sign On (SSO) system and replaces all previous methods for changing your password. You must change your password through this portal for it to take effect.

After you have logged in:

1. If you have not logged into this system previously, review and accept the terms of use.

2. You will be asked to provide a phone number and third-party email address (not your SU email address). These will be used in the future to allow you to reset your password should you forget it. Enter them and click Submit. If the information is already there, please verify and proceed to the next step.

3. Go to the “My Accounts” tab.

4. Enter your current SUNet password where it says “Verify your identity” and click Next.

5. Enter a new password making sure to abide by the password requirements outlined in the right column, retype the password, and click Reset Password.

If you have questions about the password change process, or problems accessing the web page, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Help Desk phone support is available 24/7 at 540-665-5555.
